This commercial client purchased a drastically dated house Uptown Waterloo and hired BJOID to design the layout, and specify the finishes, colours and lighting to match their casual yet professional business style. The house was gutted and the layout was redesigned to combine the front sitting room and library to create the main conference room incorporating the wetbar; a staple in their business.  
After all the renovations made to this old house, this client is now able to host their business efficiently and with pride, and of course with enough room to properly expand.
