When we found it, this downtown Kitchener home was empty but had been recently renovated by a previous flipper.  The home needed a little warmth, so we redesigned the layout, installed custom drapery, reupholstered their family heirloom chairs and found some epic art, furniture and accessories to match the masculine and bold design scheme.
